Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mining Engineering

Experience Required: 7 Years

Required Skill: First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency (FCC)

Job Description
Supervise overall mining operations to achieve targeted production and desired quality as per the mine plan.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for machinery deployment and ensure secure and productive mining operations.
Assist in mine development activities, including creation of faces, roads, and benches, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate excavation operations and support implementation of the overall mine development plan.
Monitor and take corrective actions in HEMM operations and crushing activities to optimize mining productivity and cost efficiency.
Ensure secure operation of mining equipment during shifts and maintain statutory compliance.
Implement and sustain management systems such as ISO,



IMS, OHSAS, SA 8000, and WCM through employee involvement and adherence to quality standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, HEMM permissions, Safety Management Plans, EC conditions, and timely updating of statutory records.
