Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Manager to develop, onboard, and manage the franchise network while driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable franchise partners.

Generate franchise leads through networking, market research, referrals, and digital channels.

Manage franchise negotiations, agreements, and documentation.

Coordinate showroom setup, branding, product displays, and franchise launches.

Provide operational and business development support to franchise partners.

Monitor franchise performance, sales targets, profitability, and compliance.

Develop sales opportunities through architects, builders, contractors, developers, and consultants.





Conduct franchise visits, performance reviews, audits, and product training.

Coordinate local marketing activities and ensure brand guideline compliance.

Prepare franchise performance reports and identify opportunities for expansion.

Required Skills:

Experience in franchise management, franchise development, business development, or channel sales.

Knowledge of retail operations and partner management.

Solid negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to drive sales growth and manage multiple franchise locations.

Experience in building materials, construction products, aluminium windows and doors, glazing, or facade systems is preferred.
