Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production activities in Assembly, Moulding and PDI.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
Monitor manpower, machines, materials and production processes.
Ensure processes are carried out as per defined SOPs and work instructions.
Monitor production quality, rejection, rework and process deviations.
Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Monitor moulding processes and ensure proper machine and process parameters.
Supervise assembly activities and ensure proper fitment and completion of products.
Monitor PDI/final inspection activities and ensure products meet defined requirements.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores and other departments.




Maintain production records, reports and required documentation.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production and quality issues.
Implement 5S, Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify prospects for reducing rejection, wastage and production downtime.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
Provide guidance and training to operators and production staff.
Support timely completion of production and dispatch requirements.
