Its services include product design, analysis, prototyping and testing and embedded solutions. They specialise in disruptive technology space such as 5G, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Factory and Autonomous Transport,.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The role will require the candidate to provide leadership to the Delivery managers / Program Managers / Project Managers in running the delivery and operations and drive the architecture, build, testing, with an aim to meet and excel the customer needs, as well as, internal needs, such as working closely with the Sr. leadership team and achieve operational parameters
Has to work closely & collaborate with Delivery Heads in a cooperative manner to grow the business cutting across various Horizontals
Build the foundation for all development and conceptualize different service offerings & solutions to customer, as well as in ensuring the delivery of services for customer contracted work.



Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts.
Conceive, assess and develop the technology vision for the Semiconductor Vertical
Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight
Introduce best practices in software development, agile methodologies t and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate

Qualification, Skills & Experience:
Overall 20+ experience in the industry with a minimum 15 years+ of experience covering delivery management for either a large semiconductor accounts or a set of multiple accounts.
Experience at customer site as onsite CEM/account manager / Sr .delivery manager or experience as Technology Practice Head / Delivery Head for Horizontal in Semiconductor Domain
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a qualified and service-oriented manner
Extensive knowledge in Semiconductor technology and Embedded Sw experience
