Job Description:

Manage and support regulatory reporting requirements applicable to financial services entities.

Coordinate and support bank audit/statutory audit/internal audit requirements, including documentation, schedules, and audit responses.

Analyze financial data and identify key trends, risks, and improvement prospects.

Work with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy and governance.

Support implementation of reporting tools, ERP systems, and finance process enhancements where required.

Support and deliver finance transformation initiatives aimed at improving finance processes, controls, reporting, and operating models.

Prepare and review MIS reports, management dashboards, and analytical reports for senior leadership.

Perform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities including variance analysis, trend analysis, business performance review, and long-range planning.

Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow forecasting processes.

Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and periodic reporting packs.
