Role & responsibilities

Conduct Quality proving trial of PDC Recent product dies.

Conduct trial based on input from design 'simulation team and reduce rejection level as per company policy target.

Ensure & Make Facilites readiness for recent product dies before Quality proving

Review of machining 'casting rejections and analysis for root cause and implement actions

Preparation of trial report for each Quality proving stage

Implementation of cost reduction projects by reducing cycle time and yield improvement project

PPAP Document preparation Of PFC, Control plan, Operation standard, PPS & DTS Die inspection as per the NPD checklist prior to die loading plan.

Implementation of process control room.

Data analysis and defect correlation with respect to process parameters Implementation of technology projects to improve Value Addition in the die casting process

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in Mechanical/Tool and Die making/BE Mechanical with 5 to 12 years experience
