We are seeking a Restaurant In-Charge to oversee daily restaurant activities, supervise staff, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations.
Supervise restaurant staff and allocate duties.
Ensure quality customer service and handle customer complaints.
Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding orders and service.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.




Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
Monitor billing, sales, and daily operational records.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements
Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred.
Valuable leadership and team-management skills.
Robust customer-service and communication skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory management.
Ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
