Role Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the factory: achieving production targets, maintaining quality and safety, and managing the shop-floor workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production to meet targets and delivery timelines.
Supervise operators, supervisors and contract labour; allocate manpower shift-wise.
Ensure product quality and reduce rejections, rework and wastage.
Coordinate with maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns.
Coordinate with Store, Purchase, Quality and HR for materials, manpower and discipline.
Maintain production records and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
Handle attendance, discipline and basic employee grievances with HR.
Implement 5S, housekeeping and improvement activities.

Qualification:





Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical, Industrial or related field

Skills Required
Team handling and leadership
Production planning and problem-solving
Working knowledge of safety and statutory norms
MS Excel / ERP basics;

Languages:

Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, & English

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
