Key Responsibilities
• Define PMO standards, templates, governance cadence and reporting packs.
• Consolidate plans, RAID, decisions, financials, workforce and delivery metrics.
• Ensure action, dependency, change and document-control discipline.
• Support SteerCo, QBR, Program and tower governance forums.
• Maintain a single source of truth for plans, approvals and evidence. Experience And Capability Requirements
• 10+ years in PMO or Program governance for large engagements.
• Healthcare Experience is mandatory
• Solid executive reporting, planning and analytical skills.
• Experience with financial, resource and risk reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in collaboration and Program -management tools. Core competencies
