Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance/Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and financial documentation activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Assist with employee payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
Support statutory compliance activities, including PF, ESI, GST, and TDS documentation.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly expense statements and financial reports.
Maintain employee, vendor,



and customer financial records.
Coordinate with HR and internal teams for payroll inputs and employee documentation.
Ensure proper filing of bills, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Assist the finance team with audits and other accounting activities as required.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
Working knowledge of Tally or Tally Prime.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI is an added advantage.
Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
Valuable communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Educational Qualification
B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related qualification.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may apply.
