Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to connect with prospective students, provide course information, and convert inquiries into admissions. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in communication, sales, and the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns
Handle incoming inquiries from students and parents
Explain courses (Air Hostess, Hospitality, Personality Development, etc.) clearly
Maintain proper follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
Update lead details in CRM / Excel
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Maintain a positive and qualified tone on calls

Requirements :
Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
12th grade or higher education
Confident speaking ability and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, WhatsApp, calling apps)




Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Interest in sales / counselling

Submitting daily progress reports
