Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan applications.
Maintain portfolio quality and adherence to company policies.

Portfolio Management
Monitor customer repayments and portfolio health.
Follow up on pending documentation and disbursement requirements.
Support collections team in controlling delinquency within the assigned portfolio.
