Position : Associate Customer Support

Location :Noida

International Process 24×7 Shifts (Night Shift Mandatory) 5 Days Working | 2 Split Week-Offs

Eligibility Criteria

UG / Any Graduate Preferred Freshers & Experienced (30% Exp / 70% Fresher Mix) English Level: B2 (Fluent with US/UK Customers) Typing: 25 WPM | 85? curacy Basic Computer & MS Office Knowledge

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound international customer calls
Resolve billing, shipment, refund & dispute queries
Provide accurate solutions
Maintain proper documentation
Deliver empathetic customer service

Structured salary growth based on tenure
