Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Aminia Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Executives for its customer support and calling process. The role involves handling customer calls, assisting with order-related queries, and providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities :
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Assist customers with order information and general queries
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers
Support daily operational requirements of the calling process
Maintain accurate call and customer records
Coordinate with team members for smooth customer service operations

Skills Required
Positive communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi
Basic knowledge of Mughlai cuisine preferred
Customer-focused and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a team setting

Eligibility
Experience in customer service or telecalling will be an added advantage
