Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure satisfaction, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Act as the first point of contact for customer queries
Build and maintain solid client relationships
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed business
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Maintain records of client interactions and updates

Requirements :
Prior experience in customer service or relationship management preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and confident personality
Ability to handle clients in a qualified manner
