Key Responsibilities:
Handle challenging client queries with patience & professionalism
Achieve monthly sales targets & KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue)
Conduct outbound calls & follow-ups to generate interest
Maintain accurate records & handle objections effectively
What We’re Looking For:
Freshers are welcome
Customer service & sales skills
Excellent communication & problem-solving attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field
Proficiency in CRM, Google Meet, Excel, etc.
Knowledge of UPSC CSE process (preferred)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Anand Vihar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
