Scintilla Preschool is looking for a compassionate and experienced Special Educator who can support children with diverse learning and developmental needs in an inclusive and nurturing setting.

Responsibilities :
Provide individualized support for children with special needs
Plan and implement appropriate learning and intervention strategies
Support children in communication, behavior, social, and academic development
Work closely with teachers and parents to monitor student progress
Maintain observation records and progress reports
Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements :
Degree/Diploma in Special Education preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with special needs
Solid communication and observation skills
Patient, empathetic, and child-centered approach
Experience handling autism, ADHD, speech delay, or learning difficulties preferred

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of inclusive education practices
Ability to create individualized learning support strategies
Valuable collaboration and parent communication skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
