We are hiring for the position of Customer Service Executive . Below are the areas of responsibility: Client assistance and single point of contact for client queries, walk-ins and customer / sales support on a daily basis and Branch Administrative processes.
Client Engagement:
Administration Assistance
Sales Co-ordination
Empanelment related
Mandatory requirement (skill sets):
Excellent command over excel. Microsoft Excel experience for data analysis is a must.
Positive communication skills
verbal as well as written communication.
Education :
BCOM with NISM (Mutual Funds) certification.
Preferably an MBA.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
