Job Title : Freelance Voice & Accent Trainer (US Process)
Location : Indore (In office/Hybrid)
Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for US process employees.
Train participants on pronunciation, intonation, grammar, and conversational skills.
Provide feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
Monitor training effectiveness and share progress reports.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer for US processes.
Solid understanding of American accent, culture, and customer service communication.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Prior experience in BPO/Contact Center training is preferred.
Availability for freelance assignments in Indore.
Pay: From ₹3,500.00 per day
