About the Role

This is a technical evaluation and quality assessment role, not a software development position.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern programming technologies, software development practices, and industry standards to evaluate freelancers' technical expertise, portfolios, and professional capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate freelancers' technical skills, portfolios, professional experience, and quality of work.
Review projects across various Programming & Tech categories, including website development, software development, mobile applications, and related technologies.
Assess technical proficiency, implementation quality, complexity, and adherence to industry standards.
Conduct objective evaluations based on predefined quality criteria and assessment guidelines.
Identify technical strengths, weaknesses, and inconsistencies in submitted work.
Document evaluation findings accurately and maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with internal evaluation and quality assurance teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of skilled experience in Full Stack Development or a related technical field.




Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and backend technologies.
Knowledge of databases, APIs, software architecture, and development workflows.
Familiarity with modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
Ability to analyze and assess technical projects without necessarily writing code.
Robust analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
Good written communication and documentation abilities.

Good to Have
Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, mobile application development, or SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools, cloud technologies, and DevOps.
Experience in technical quality assurance, code review, or project evaluation.
Understanding of freelance marketplaces, particularly Fiverr.
