We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Associate for our solar division. The role involves handling customer inquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients interested in solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding solar products and services
Explain solar solutions, pricing, and basic perks to customers
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into site visits or sales
Coordinate with the sales and installation team for smooth execution
Maintain customer data and update records in CRM / Excel
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
Assist in post-sales service and customer satisfaction

Requirements :
Minimum Qualification:



Graduate / Undergraduate
Good communication skills (Hindi + English required)
Basic understanding of sales/customer handling
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Freshers with valuable communication can apply
Experience in customer service / telecalling / sales is a plus
Immediate joiner preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
