Customer Service Executive - Cakewalk Chennai

Location : Chennai Salary : ₹18,000 per month Shift : 10-hour shift Weekly Off : 1 day per week

Cakewalk Chennai is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to be the face of our store. If you enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and creating a outstanding customer experience, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities :
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and confidently.
Assist walk-in customers with orders and product enquiries.
Take and manage cake orders accurately.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests politely.
Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised customer service area.
Deliver a warm and memorable customer experience to every customer.

Requirements :
Fluent in English and Tamil (spoken).




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with customers in person.
Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a bakery is preferred but not mandatory.
