About Modern School

Modern School, Aliganj, is an IB World School in Lucknow, founded in 1979. We offer the IB Primary Years Programme from Nursery to Grade 5, school-designed bridging years in Grades 6–8, and ICSE/ISC in Grades 9–12. We call ourselves The Emotionally Secure School of Lucknow, and we mean it — for children, for parents and for our team.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated admissions professional to own the school's annual enrolment targets end-to-end — from first inquiry to confirmed admission. This is a relationship-driven, process-oriented role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and parent experience.

Key Responsibilities
Own the annual admissions calendar: open days, school tours, application windows and interview processes
Manage and respond to all incoming inquiries (walk-in, phone, digital) with speed and warmth
Track the full admissions funnel — inquiry → visit → application → offer → confirmation — and report conversion rates regularly

Build relationships with key feeder preschools and playschools in Aliganj and nearby localities
Coordinate with the Principal on admission criteria, merit processes and waitlist management
Maintain the admissions CRM and use data to identify where prospects are dropping off
Plan and run outreach events and parent engagement activities during peak admission season (typically October–February)
Work with the Advisory Board on longer-term enrolment strategy and growth targets

What We're Looking For
4–8 years of experience in admissions, sales, client relations or marketing — school experience preferred but not mandatory
A warm, confident communicator, comfortable with parents from diverse backgrounds
Organised and data-literate; able to maintain records and report on numbers
Genuine belief in the school's mission
