We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Visa Telecaller to join our growing visa consultancy team.

Responsibilities :
Call potential clients and explain our visa services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
Understand clients' requirements and forward qualified leads to the visa counsellor.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Positive convincing and customer handling skills.

Salary : As per experience + Attractive Incentives
