Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Generate current business through field sales activities
Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets
Build and maintain solid customer relationships
Identify market opportunities and expand client base
Monitor performance and prepare sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation completed (mandatory)
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing or field sales
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Willingness to travel locally for field work
