Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company services, offers, and products clearly.
Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.
Handle customer queries and provide proper support.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations and marketing team when required.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements :
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.




Ability to handle customers professionally.
Previous tele sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Malayalam communication is mandatory; English/Hindi is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (Based on experience)
