The roles and responsibilities of a delivery coordinator focus primarily on the function of delivering products according to customer orders and deadlines.
Job Duties
Co-ordinate and direct customer orders
Respond to delivery-related or product-related inquiries as needed
Schedule deliveries and prepare shipping paperwork
Provide customer service support or training
Track order deliveries and notify customers of any shipment delays
Communicate with clients to confirm order specifics, payments, or delivery addresses
Understand organizational logistics for productive order fulfillment
