Job Description:

Position: Engineer - Business Excellence

Location: Manesar - Gurgaon

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Industries: Printing/Packaging

Responsibilities:-
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production productivity, process efficiency, and OEE.
Collect and analyze production data to identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Assist in implementing Lean practices, 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction activities.
Monitor machine performance, downtime, rejection rates, and productivity metrics.
Participate in cost reduction projects and track the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to execute cross-functional improvement projects.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on OEE, productivity, downtime, and improvement activities.
Assist in root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions to ensure sustainable process improvements.

Required Skills




Basic to positive understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Productivity Enhancement.
Knowledge of OEE, machine utilization, downtime analysis, and cost reduction techniques.
Valuable data analysis skills with proficiency in MS Excel and performance reporting.
Familiarity with Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, and root cause analysis.
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and support improvement projects.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
