Quality control of Serviced Apartments.
Preparing them well for the next client.
Communication with client related to work at the apartment and other operational matters
Managing the Housekeeping team (Housekeepers and Supervisors)
Coordinate between client and the back-end team
Skills :
Valuable in verbal and written communication
Experience in operations/ facility management/ tenancy management, administration from industries like real estate, society management, facility management, tenancy management, hotels etc.
Open for field work.
Must have own Conveyance
