Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic Inside Sales Executive who will also handle essential back

oBice operations. The role involves lead management, client coordination, sales

support, documentation, and internal reporting. You will be the bridge between

customers, sales team, and operations. Basically, you keep the engine running.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales Activities
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and pending closures
Maintain lead data in CRM and ensure accuracy
Support field sales with quotations and proposal coordination
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and follow-up KPIs

Back OAice and Sales Support
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic MIS reports
Maintain customer records, order details, and documentation
Coordinate with finance for payments and billing status
Track purchase orders, delivery status, and account closures
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Coordination and Operations
Coordinate between sales, operations,



and finance teams
Ensure timely processing of orders and service requests
Follow up for pending documents, payments, and approvalsRequired Skills and Qualifications
Graduation in any stream
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of sales process and documentation
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Smart follow-up skills. Polite but persistent.
CRM experience is a plus
Experience in IT services, SaaS, or B2B sales preferred
Comfortable with inside sales targets and backend operations
Organised, detail-oriented, and dependable
Should be comfortable working with numbers and reports

Working Days

Monday to Friday / 1st,3rd 5th Saturday - WFH

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
