Job Description: Restaurant Waiter Position Overview

A restaurant waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Handle complaints or requests with patience and courtesy.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.




Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not always required.

Work Workplace
Fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant setting.
Requires standing and walking for long periods.
Adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,086.00 - ₹20,462.02 per month
