Key Responsibilities :
Conduct Inbound/outbound calls to potential customers and provide detailed information on cabin categories, itineraries, pricing, and onboard experiences.
Identify customer preferences and offer tailored cruise packages.
Upsell and cross-sell premium cabins, suite experiences, and onboard services (dining, spa, entertainment).
Follow up with potential leads to close sales and ensure a seamless booking experience.
Handle high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with a skilled and customer-first approach that aligns with Cordelia Cruises’ luxury service standards.
Maintain a polished, skilled,



and structured approach in all interactions.
Adhere to high call quality standards, ensuring clear, confident, and persuasive communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Track sales performance and conversion metrics.
Stay updated on cruise schedules, promotions, and competitor trends.
