Key Responsibilities

Technology Infrastructure Management
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware, software, servers, and networks.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
Manage cloud services, data centers, and telecommunications systems.

IT Operations & Support
Lead the IT support team and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage help desk operations and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Cybersecurity & Risk Management
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability management activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

Project Management
Plan and execute IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Team Leadership
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate IT staff.
Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
Foster career development and continuous learning.

Budget & Vendor Management
Develop and manage the IT budget.




Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with technology vendors.
Evaluate and recommend current technologies and solutions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of IT experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
Solid knowledge of:
Network administration
Windows/Linux operating systems
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Cybersecurity principles
IT service management frameworks (ITIL)

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications such as:
ITIL
CompTIA Security+
CISSP
PMP
Microsoft, AWS, or Cisco certifications
