Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and provide solutions
Provide excellent customer service and support
Make outbound calls to customers to build relationships and provide solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

Requirements :
Minimum qualification: 12th pass




Fluency in Hindi language is a must
Positive convincing skills
Good relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work
