Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Promote company products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Conduct regular field visits and product presentations
Ensure availability of products in the assigned territory
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
Execute company strategies and marketing campaigns effectively
Maintain daily call reports and sales records

Eligibility Criteria :
B.Sc / B.Pharm (mandatory)
Age: Up to 26 years

Experience Required :
6 Months to 3 Years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

Skills Required :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Strong negotiation and selling abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Good knowledge of the pharma market
Ability to work independently and in a team

Compensation & Benefits :
Salary: Up to ₹4.0 LPA
Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 per month
