Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and deliver clear, structured, and engaging lessons in Physics.
Develop and implement lesson plans in line with the school curriculum and board guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
Use innovative teaching methodologies, demonstrations, and lab experiments to explain complex concepts.
Assess and evaluate students’ performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
Maintain student records and provide feedback for academic improvement.
Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
Supervise and manage practical laboratory sessions and ensure safety protocols.
Encourage student participation in science fairs, competitions, and related activities.
Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary projects and events.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions,



and career development programs.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory/preferred as per school policy).

Skills & Competencies :
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to make complex topics easy and interesting.
Positive command of laboratory procedures and equipment handling.
Technologically proficient (use of smart boards, simulations, etc.).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
