Key Responsibilities
Outbound calling : Contact prospective customers to promote products or services.
Inbound support : Handle queries from existing customers and provide accurate information.
Lead generation : Identify potential clients, schedule follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
Customer relationship : Build rapport, ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.
Data management : Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and feedback in CRM systems.
Sales pitch adaptation : Modify communication style based on customer needs and responses.

Skills & Qualifications
Solid verbal communication in English, Hindi, or local languages .
Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, CRM software).
Persuasive and confident personality with customer service orientation.
Minimum qualification :High school diploma (graduates preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
