Customer Service & Sales
Greet customers warmly and take food/beverage orders accurately.
Answer questions about menu items, promotions, and pricing.
Upsell additional products (e.g., pastries, snacks, combos) when appropriate.

Payment & Transaction Handling
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process cash, card, UPI, or other digital payments.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately.
Balance the cash drawer and prepare end-of-shift reports.

Coordination & Support
Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and correct orders.
Assist with basic café duties during busy periods (e.g., restocking supplies, preparing straightforward items if required).

Cleanliness & Safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and front counter.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs at all times.

Customer Interaction
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
