Requirements and skills
Network Management : LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls.
System Administration : Windows, Linux/Unix OS, Active Directory, server management.
Database Knowledge : Basic knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or other DBMS.
Cybersecurity : Antivirus management, data protection, basic risk assessment.
Hardware Troubleshooting : PCs, printers, servers, and mobile devices.
Cloud Services : Familiarity with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Backup and Recovery : Data backup tools and disaster recovery planning.
