Telecalling & Wellness Sales Executive

Premium wellness and holistic healthcare destination offering naturopathy, Ayurveda, yoga, physiotherapy, wellness therapies, and personalised rejuvenation programmes.

We are looking for a target-driven, confident, and customer-focused qualified who can convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and build robust referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads from Meta Ads, Google, website enquiries, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
Contact prospective customers, understand their wellness requirements, and recommend suitable packages.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups and sales conversations.
Build referral partnerships with yoga practitioners, fitness trainers, physiotherapists, wellness coaches, gyms, and residential societies.
Maintain accurate lead records, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, customer queries, and payment follow-ups.
Achieve assigned sales targets and submit daily sales reports.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead conversion, or customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English; Marathi is preferred.
Experience in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, fitness, or premium service sales will be an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Excel, or Google Sheets is preferred.
