Establish and maintain effective coordination and cooperation with all departments to ensure maximum productivity, client satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets
Develop and nurture robust relationships with internal teams and external clients, serving as a reliable point of contact for all sales-related inquiries
Respond promptly to client queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining transparency throughout the process
Maintain comprehensive records of all clients and their profiles,



ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
Prepare and organize regular client visits according to predetermined schedules and sales strategies
Compile monthly sales reports and activity summaries, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to support decision-making
Conduct competitive analysis by monitoring competitor sites, pricing strategies, and service offerings on a regular basis
Identify and recommend prospective customers by analyzing historical data and statistical information, preparing detailed customer call analysis reports
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all personnel are informed of department objectives, policies, and performance metrics
Manage sales documentation, proposals, and contracts with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Handle additional responsibilities as delegated by management, demonstrating flexibility and a goal-oriented mindset
