We are seeking an experienced Executive - Housekeeping to join our team in Mysuru, India. Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure consistent performance and career development
Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards aligned with organizational guidelines
Monitor daily housekeeping operations to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness and maintenance standards
Manage inventory, procurement, and allocation of cleaning supplies and equipment




Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all facilities
Prepare and manage departmental budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality
Address guest or client concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
Coordinate with other departments to support seamless facility operations
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery
Maintain detailed records of staff schedules, maintenance activities, and departmental metrics
