Job Role
We are looking for a well-presented and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to manage our reception area and ensure smooth coordination between patients and laboratory staff.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a polite and professional manner
Manage patient registration and data entry
Handle phone calls and appointment scheduling
Coordinate with lab technicians and other staff members
Maintain billing records and basic documentation
Ensure smooth daily front-desk operations

Requirements :
Minimum qualification:



Graduate / relevant diploma
Prior experience in a diagnostic Centre, hospital, or clinic preferred but not mandatory
Phlebotomy knowledge is an added advantage
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, etc.)
Skilled appearance and positive attitude
Hands on experience in hospital and clinic operations, patientcare, and healthcare coordination.

Shift Timings
7:30 am to 4 pm
1:30 pm to 10 pm
