We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator / Site Coordinator to support the execution of projects in the Oil & Gas and Marine sectors. The role involves coordinating site activities, managing project documentation, and ensuring effective communication with internal teams to achieve timely project delivery.

Job Location : Jamnagar, Gujarat

Requirements :
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in Oil & Gas / Marine / Construction industry
Experience in site production monitoring, coordination, and site administration
Robust coordination and communication skills
Experience in site documentation and reporting
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
IRATA certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :




Coordinate daily project and site operations
Communicate with client & internal departments
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Arrange mobilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
Monitor project timelines and support execution
Assist with permits, site documentation, and compliance
Handle site coordination, including workforce logistics and accommodation arrangements
Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reports

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
