Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced aviation skilled to lead Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO), ensuring aircraft airworthiness, maintenance planning, regulatory compliance, and operational safety.

Key Requirements
Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering, or a DGCA CAR-66 AME Licence.
10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance and continuing airworthiness.
Minimum 5 years of management experience in CAMO/CAR-145.
Robust knowledge of DGCA regulations, airworthiness requirements, and maintenance planning.
Experience in DGCA audits, maintenance contract management, and technical records management.

Key Responsibilities




Lead CAMO activities and ensure continuing airworthiness of the fleet.
Oversee maintenance planning, schedules, and compliance with DGCA regulations.
Ensure accurate aircraft technical records and airworthiness documentation.
Coordinate with maintenance organisations and manage maintenance contracts.
Prepare for and support DGCA audits and regulatory inspections.
Maintain aircraft safety, compliance, and operational readiness.
