Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Manage administrative activities including staffing coordination, duty rosters, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality, and patient satisfaction across the hospital.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, billing, and support departments for seamless hospital operations.
Monitor hospital performance, occupancy, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
Handle patient complaints, escalations, and service-related issues in a qualified and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, safety norms, and internal protocols.
Supervise billing, admissions, discharge processes, and general administrative documentation.
Manage inventory, medical supplies, and support services to avoid operational disruptions.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management regarding hospital performance and issues.

Qualification
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field :
Prior experience in hospital administration / hospital operations / healthcare management preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
