Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
Oversee curriculum planning and implementation for pre-primary classes in line with CBSE guidelines.
Ensure age-appropriate teaching methods and activity-based learning.
Monitor and evaluate teacher performance and classroom practices.
Introduce innovative early childhood pedagogy and digital learning tools.
Administrative Duties
Supervise daily operations of the pre-primary section.
Coordinate timetables, schedules, and resource allocation .
Maintain compliance with CBSE policies and school regulations .
Assist the Principal in staff recruitment and training .
Student Welfare
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive workplace for young children.
Oversee discipline, health, and hygiene practices .
Encourage extracurricular and co-curricular activities for holistic development.
Parent & Community Engagement
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress .
Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and orientation programs .




Build trust and collaboration between school and families.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years from Pre Primary Segment
Qualifications

Any Graduate with B.Ed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
