JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Demonstrate child-centric behaviour and use positive language and interactions with children.
Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessments, providing feedback and support for improvement.
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies, including differentiated instruction, to meet the diverse needs of students.
Collaborate effectively as a team member.
Demonstrate solid classroom management and communication skills.
Exhibit readiness to learn and adapt to recent philosophy.
Educational Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, Education or a related field
Over three years of experience in teaching in Grade 2.
Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is preferred.
