Job Description:

Position: Manager - Business Excellence

Location: Manesar - Gurgaon

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Industries: Printing/Packaging

Responsibilities:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement Lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
Drive cost reduction projects and monitor their impact on operational performance.
Analyze production data, identify root causes of performance gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, OEE reports, and improvement project outcomes.
Lead cross-functional projects involving Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
Establish standardized processes and drive a continuous improvement culture across operations.
Review project performance, prepare management reports, and recommend strategies for operational excellence.





Required Skills
Robust expertise in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Productivity Enhancement.
Hands-on experience in OEE improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization.
Proficiency in data analysis, KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and root cause analysis.
Knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, RCA, PDCA, and Value Stream Mapping.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage improvement initiatives independently.
Robust leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA
