1) Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

2) Provide detailed information about products and services.

3) Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

4) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

5) Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

6) Meet performance goals and targets set by the management.

7) Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service.

8) Keep updated with product knowledge and company policies.

Pay: ₹8,651.76 - ₹23,261.09 per month
